You attest that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer.

All information, content, recordings, live feeds, services, sessions and all communications provided by Soul Source Tarot are for entertainment purposes only. All readings/videos/stories are to be considered entertainment only and should at no time/never be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological or business fact. All recordings are subject to your own interpretation/judgement.

Soul Source Tarot/Jennifer is not to be responsible or liable for any interpretations, judgments, actions, damages, losses or other consequences you suffer for any viewer decisions or actions following or based on any content published or given by Soul Source Tarot/Jennifer, created in past, present or future. Payment & Refund Policy:

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Once the appointment is set you are expected to send Jennifer an email at soulsourcetarot@gmail.com as soon as possible. Sessions will not happen without a prior conversation via email. This is not an option. It is a must. If you fail to send Jennifer an email and find out the day the session does not happen, Your session will be rescheduled or be forfeited. It is not Jennifer’s responsibility to find you. It is your responsibility to make the first contact via email. My time is valuable, when you do not follow through with this, it is a loss for both of us. I could have used my time elsewhere.

Non- Refundable ~ All Services are non-refundable unless Soul Source Tarot/Jennifer can’t make the service/appointment or deems that it is not a good fit. In some cases, a refund will be sent before a service if something is off or if it is just not a good fit.

 

Late Policy & Rescheduling: If you are late, you will only get the time left in your slot from when you showed up. If you have a serious illness or event. Please contact me to reschedule.

 

Confidentiality & sharing of content: Your personal identifying information will never be disclosed to anyone unless it is life threatening.

Regarding group tarot classes or any other group session to be done online as a group you will be required to sign a waiver agreement stating you will not share any content or anything pertaining to the class or people involved in the session. No material/videos/recordings done via Zoom/Skype or anywhere involving Jennifer from Soul Source Tarot and other classmates may be shared with others. Unless a release has been signed by everyone in the video. Everyone must have signed a release and it must be stored with Jennifer from Soul Source Tarot if agreed to be shared. Otherwise, all class material is confidential and is not allowed for reproduction or sharing without releases from all parties and approval from Jennifer/Soul Source Tarot.

 

Soul Source Tarot/Jennifer is not your typical reader. By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that all services are for spiritual empowerment purposes. (Spiritual Empowerment for your Soul) Jennifer’s goal is to keep you moving forward in a healthy manner. Yes, the past needs to be healed and will most likely come up. Her goal is to help you step into your best life. If you are looking for a prediction that focuses on revenge, how they are suffering, black magic or fantasy, you may want to consider another option. If you are looking to move out of a dark mind set such as written in the sentence above then perhaps I can help you.

No Video content created by Soul Source Tarot may be copied, reused or rebranded as your own in another language or in any way, shape or form.

 

Coaching Sessions: I am not a licensed psychologist or specialist healthcare professional. My services do not replace the care of psychologists or other healthcare professionals. Do not disregard medical advice or delay seeking medical advice because of information you read. Do not start or stop any medications without speaking to your medical or mental health provider.

Jennifer/Soul Source Tarot does not claim any responsibility and is not liable for the results of your actions, and any harm, loss or damages you suffer as a result of the use, or non-use of the information available/given or interpreted via Soul Source Tarot. Please use judgment and conduct due diligence before taking any action or implementing any plan or practice suggested or recommended.
